Mindfulness, Meditation & Sound Healing face to face and online

“I felt really relaxed and confident after the sessions. The teacher was wonderful, very nurturing and she has a lovely calm demeanour.”

I'm Faith Simpson, a qualified Workplace Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher based in Richmond, Surrey, offering classes, workshops, and 1:1 sessions in breathwork, crystal bowl sound healing, and guided meditation. Each session creates a deeply restorative space for anyone seeking more stillness, steadiness, and calm.

These practices are not about emptying your mind. They're about learning how to return to yourself, especially when life feels overwhelming. Working gently with the breath and body, we support the nervous system to release tension, reduce overwhelm, and come back to yourself.
