About Faith Simpson: Life Coach & Meditation Teacher in Richmond, Surrey and online.
I'm Faith Simpson, a Life Coach and Meditation Teacher, supporting people through stress, change, and growth, both in person locally and online across the UK.
I bring a wealth of experience to my work, drawing on over 30 years as a teacher and SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator), alongside establishing three successful businesses in very different sectors. My journey has also included navigating loss, grief, and the realities of parenting as a single mum, experiences that have shaped my empathy, resilience, and belief in the power of steady progress.
I hold a Bachelor of Education (Hons), an MA in Dance Studies (Anthropology), and a Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs. I'm also a qualified Workplace Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher and a Certified DISC Practitioner.
My background as a teacher, nursery manager, and SEN specialist has given me deep insight into how people grow, learn, and adapt under pressure. I've supported individuals and families through stress, anxiety, life transitions, and the challenges of neurodiversity, always with a focus on listening deeply, holding space with compassion, and turning understanding into small, practical steps forward.
Alongside my education career, I founded an education-based dance company and an eco shopping bag business, experiences that strengthened my belief in creativity, values-led action, and what it really takes to move from idea to reality.
My coaching style is grounded, compassionate, and realistic. I focus on helping you explore what's holding you back, reconnect with what matters most, and take steps that feel achievable and sustainable, so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
Why I created Mindful Life Coaching
Mindful Life Coaching was born from a simple but powerful belief — that when we calm the mind, sustainable change follows.
My journey with meditation began when I was supporting a close friend through addiction. From there, I witnessed its quiet power again and again, through family illness, parenthood, grief, and the pressures of everyday life. It became my own anchor through some of the hardest moments I've faced.
Coaching came just as naturally. Working with parents and individuals navigating life's unexpected turns, I saw how meaningful conversations, real listening, gentle curiosity, and the space to unpick what's possible, could shift everything.
Over time a clear pattern emerged: when we calm the nervous system, deepen our self-awareness, and compassionately examine what's holding us back, change doesn't just happen, it lasts.
Mindful Life Coaching brings all of this together, weaving coaching, mindfulness, and neuroscience-informed practice into a space where you can find clarity, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with confidence.
My work as a life coach and mindfulness teacher in Richmond combines:
A clear, supportive structure - helping you identify your goals, explore possibilities, and turn insight into meaningful action
A genuine understanding of the unique challenges and strengths within neurodivergent journeys
Mindfulness-based practices where appropriate and agreed, including breathwork and guided meditation
DISC profiling - a powerful tool for understanding how you communicate, take action, and respond under pressure
Sessions are calm, structured, and tailored to you. Whether you're seeking life coaching in Richmond, mindfulness classes in Surrey, or online support anywhere in the UK, my aim is the same, to create a space where you can pause, reflect, and begin moving forward safely.
